Coverage:
The Top-Up Turtle is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Terms and Conditions:
- Extent of Coverage: The warranty provides repair or replacement, at the manufacturer’s discretion, for defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship within the warranty period.

Claim Procedure:
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact customer service at info@jobe.co.nz to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
- Return the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided with the RMA number.
Resolution:
Once the defective product is received, it will be inspected to determine if the issue is covered under the warranty. If so, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product and return it at no charge.
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, the manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The manufacturer is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
Additional Information:
This warranty is valid only within New Zealand. By using the product, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and purchasers may have additional rights under New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
